Nobelhart & Schmutzig Überall

Our dinner series takes you to places where you wouldn’t normally eat – into artist studios, flower shops, clubs, churches and factories.

We believe that food and drink help us experience and grasp our world, especially beyond the confines of a restaurant or dinner table.

Überall is ‘vocally local’ in more ways than one: you’ll be experiencing our trademark cuisine made from the best ingredients from the area around Berlin in dialogue with the event’s particular location and the people who make each place what it is. After all, food is not just fuel, but one of the most immediate and intimate ways of relating to the world around us; a shared table a place of exchange and openness. Because food culture is culture.

For this dinner series, the event spaces serve as more than atmospheric backdrops. Rather, we work with what each particular place has to offer. And perhaps you won’t be having dinner, but döner. There also might be more than just one event in each place, but several different occasions on which to explore a Nobelhart experience away from our usual Friedrichstraße haunt.

BERLIN-TEMPELHOF AIRPORT
with BLAWAN & EXILDISCOUNT

We were wondering what might be the quintessential Berlin summer evening – if you took some of the best things about Berlin and distilled them into one balmy night. Well, here’s our answer: excellent electronic music, food made from the best produce the region has to offer, set against the backdrop of the stunningly unique former Tempelhof airport. That’s exactly what awaits you at our Überall dinner on the 28th of August. We’ll serve a multi-course dinner with drinks while you’ll be enjoying sets by Blawan and Exildiscount, two DJs from very different corners of Berlin’s nightlife whom you may or may not know from Berghain, Gegen or Pornceptual. With summer on its way out, this is one you won’t want to miss!

Friday, the 28th of August, 7.30pm – A Nobelhart family-style dinner with drinks, two sets from DJs Blawan and Exildiscount, € 200 If the weather is bad, we’ll set up inside. 85 seats.
