Fettschnitzel Reloaded 2025

3. Nov 2025

“Schnitzel always works,” says Billy.

And if you’ve been craving a bit of Nobelhart without immediately blowing half of Aunt Ulla’s inheritance, then starting Monday, November 10th you’ll be able to treat yourself to our Fettschnitzel Reloaded — every weeknight from Monday to Thursday.

As always, the name says it all. This round, our Fettschnitzel comes from a well-fed calf from Erdhof Seewalde, where the animals spend their entire lives with their mothers — raised not on concentrated feed, but only on mother’s milk and grass. That alone gives the meat an incredible quality, one that truly shines when prepared as a schnitzel.

Since the product is already perfect to begin with, we don’t mess with it too much: the cut is fairly thick, we just give it a light pounding, coat it in breadcrumbs made from Domberger’s Beutebrot, and fry it in clarified butter. On the side comes a pork-fat mayo seasoned with Avaa Verjus. So yes, it’s essentially fat on fat on fat — triple delicious.

The menu comes with our Brotzeit with bread from Florian Domberger and our homemade, matured butter, plus four small plates of foods showcasing the incredible quality of produce available in and around Berlin. You’re also more than welcome to order additional courses from our current menu (subject to change/whether we’ve got time).

When:
From Monday, November 10, 2025, every Monday to Thursday throughout November

Available times:
6:00 – 7:15 p.m.
7:30 – 8:45 p.m.
9:00 – end

Price:
€ 75.00 per Fettschnitzel menu

Booking:
Via the link

Of course, you’re welcome to bring someone who eats vegetarian. We’ll find something else from the menu for them and they won’t have to go home hungry. The same goes for guests with gluten, lactose, or egg allergies or intolerances: these allergens are present in the Fettschnitzel, and unfortunately it can’t be made without them. But we’ll happily find a good alternative for you.

Drinks:
Of course, you can have something to drink with it, and you’d be silly not to. The drinks list is big enough. We’re also happy to recommend something! And for the designated drivers and co, we’ve also got wonderful non-alcohol options — for example, quince juice from Stefan Vetter with roasted hay.
