In May, the third instalment of our Heimat dinner series will take a distinctly Austrian turn: we’ll be serving a proper Beuscherl, based on a recipe by Lucas Huemer, head chef at the Austrian Embassy in Berlin.
To kick things off, we’re hosting a small tasting at the big table together with wine agency Drops, featuring two Austrian winemakers, Herbert Zillinger and Lichtenberger-Gonzalez. A perfect opportunity to get to know their aged Grüner Veltliner in what feels like a very natural pairing.
